12:00 Check-In, 1:00 Shotgun Start

Entry fee includes: green fee, cart, prizes, drink ticket, and lunch.

Prized will be awarded to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place teams.

Mulligans and skirts $5 each at the registration table.

Prizes for closest to the pin and longest drive on selected holes.

Tee box sponsorships available for $200.

Tournament limited to the first 32 teams.

Teams must submit their average score for A, B, C, and D players.

Entry forms must be submitted by the end of business on May 15, 2023

Entry fees must accompany entry forms unless paying with card

Credit cards will be accepted at the registration table
